During class, we will decorate 5 themed cookies step-by-step. We will cover these topics while we decorate:
~Royal Icing Consistencies
~Rolling and baking cookies
~Coloring your icing
~Outlining, flooding, and detailing
~Tools you need at home
~My personal tips
Each student will leave class with the knowledge and confidence to try this at home! You will receive a window gift box to take your cookies home in, a cookie scribe tool, and an edible gift from me! At the end of class, all students will be entered in a drawing to take home a themed decorating kit to do at home.
Information about our venue:
No outside food or drinks. Full food menu plus beer, wine, and sodas.
